• Ms Dolly

  Welcome to our School. My husband Monty and I are the owners of The Goddard School located in Bethlehem. We also own the Goddard Schools at Macungie and Center Valley. Our 3 daughters are all Goddard graduates! Our Goddard journey started in 2004 as Goddard parents. I opened the Goddard School at Bethlehem in 2008 to bring the exact same exceptional standards in little children's education that I had wanted for my children. Monty has an MBA from Ballarat University, Australia. Prior to joining Goddard, he was the Founder and CEO of CumulusIQ and Consarete Technologies. I have an MD and retired from in-patient medicine in 2016, to continue full time with my passion in Early Childhood Education. I can't wait to show you around, and hopefully have you join our Goddard family!

• Meghan

  Ms. Meghan is our accomplished and experienced Executive Director. She has over 17 years of experience working with young children, 15 of them as a Director of Goddard Schools in Pennsylvania. Ms. Meghan began her educational career as a Toddler teacher at The Goddard School in Wayne PA, and moved into an administrative position shortly after. She was a Director at The Goddard School at Royersford prior to moving to the Lehigh Valley. Ms. Meghan has a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Arcadia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Exercise Sciences from The University of Delaware. Meghan lives in the Lehigh Valley with her family. Her little son started at our Goddard program as a baby and graduated from our Kindergarten! Meghan loves making connections with her Goddard families and partnering with them to provide the best preschool experience for their child. Ms. Meghan's favorite children's book is, "The Giving Tree" by Shel Silverstein.

• Angelica

  Miss Angelica is our Systems Administrator for the Goddard Schools at Bethlehem, Macungie and Center Valley. In this position she supports the management and staff at the school achieve best systems and practices in place. Angelica has over 5 years of experience working in early childhood education. She graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She loves working in childcare, because it is “so rewarding to see how little minds grow over time.” In her free time, she likes to paint and spend time with her cat. A fun fact is that Ms. Angelica has been a Goddard child, a Teacher, an Assistant Director and now Administrator! She cannot wait to get to know you and your little one(s).

• Kelsey

  Ms. Kelsey joined the Goddard Family in 2022 and is the Assistant Director of Curriculum at our school. Prior to us she was a 2nd and 3rd grade ELA teacher in Oakland, California. Early in her career, Ms. Kelsey was a toddler teacher, and since then has spent over 10 years in the classroom as a K-5 teacher. Ms. Kelsey has her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Washington and a Master’s degree in Early Elementary Education from the University of San Francisco. Ms. Kelsey is passionate about supporting teachers to meet the diverse needs of their students, and promoting a love of learning in young children! In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, and keeping up with her favorite shows. Ms. Kelsey's favorite children's author is Sandra Boynton.

• Nicole

  Ms. Nicole joined The Goddard Family in 2023 and is the Assistant Director of Operations. She began working in child care in 2003 and has experiences all roles from Assistant Teacher to Director. Ms. Nicole holds a Bachelors degree in Social Work from Misericordia University, along with her Child Care Director's Credentials from Northampton Community College. She enjoys interacting with children and watching their eyes light up when discovering new things. Helping them learn and develop into smart, caring, and unique individuals brings her joy. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her own son, going camping, playing games, and just enjoying life. Her favorite children's book is "I Love You Stinky Face" by Lisa McCourt.

• Catarina

  Miss Catarina starting working with children in 2014 and joined The Goddard Family in 2023. She holds a Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education Pre-K to 4th from East Stroudsburg University. Miss Catarina's favorite things about working with children are making those personal connections and having fun together. When she's not working she enjoys art/crafting, baking, and photography. Her favorite children's book is A Bad Case of Stripes by David Shannon.

• Consuelo

  Miss Consuelo began working in childcare in 2006 and joined The Goddard Family in 2016. She currently holds a CDA. Miss Consuelo enjoys the energy that children have and how they like to learn and explore new activities and tasks. She has a huge heart and always does her best to guide each child. Her favorite children's books are Old MacDonald Had a Farm, Curious George, and Manners Time.

• Jarrod

  Mr. Jarrod is our passionate Kindergarten Teacher. For three years he ran our highly enriched STEAM program which incorporated playful learning for all age groups. Prior to that, Mr. Jarrod was one of our most creative and skilled Pre-K teachers. He started here at the Bethlehem Goddard School the day we opened! He has a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University. He loves to write songs and plays with awe-inspiring imagination! Mr. Jarrod feels that children are the joys of Life. He was nominated for Teacher of the Year 2010 at our School! His favorite children's book is "The Monster at the End of the Block" by John Stone.

• Julia

  Ms. Julia joined our Goddard Family in 2025. She has been working with children since 2016 and currently has an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from NCC. Her favorites thing about working with children is making an impact on their growth, learning, and development through creative/ hands on methods. Watching children learn and grow while having fun makes her smile everyday. When she is not working she enjoys hiking/going for walks, playing with her dog, camping, trying new restaurants, or thrifting/ going to flea markets. Her favorite children's books are "My Cousin MoMo", "Boom Chicka Rock", and " Streganona!!"

• Kaila

  Miss Kaila began working in childcare in 2016, and joined The Goddard Family in 2019. Some of her favorite things about working with children are getting to see them learn and watching them giggle and play with their friends. Everyday is something new. When she is not working, you can find her reading, painting, listening to music, and going for walks. Her favorite children's books is Toot and Puddle.

• Lisette

  Miss Lisette began working in childcare in 2014 and joined The Goddard Family in 2019. She will be working towards her Associates in Early Childhood Education at Northampton Community College. She loves that fact that she can make a difference in the lives of the kids in her care. Her goal as a teacher is to guide children academically and personally, and thinks it's the best feeling when she sees a child reach their milestones. When she is not working, you can find her spending time with family and friends, reading poetry, listening to music, and baking. Her favorite children's book is Harold and the Purple Crayon by Crockett Johnson.

• Mariseli

  Ms. Mariseli joined the Goddard Family in 2025. She has a degree in Criminal Justice from LCCC and is currently working on a degree in Elementary Education from Liberty University. She has been working with children for over 7 years. She enjoys working with children because she loves contributing to their growth and development. When she is not working, she enjoys spending her time with her daughters and reading.

• Rebecca

  Ms. Becky joined our Goddard Family in 2025. She has been working with children since High School. She has a degree in Elementary Education from Rowan University. He favorite things about working with children are watching them grow- academically and as individuals. There is nothing better than seeing a child's pride when they accomplish a task on their own! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and dog Molasses by watching sports, TV, and playing games outside. Ms. Becky's favorite children's book is Cookie's Week by Cindy Ward.

• Sharon

  Miss Sharon has been working with children since 1988. She currently has her CDA and is pursuing a degree in early childhood education, special education, and psychology at Walden University. Some of the things she enjoys about working with children is getting to know all of their personalities and watching them grow and learn. In her free time she enjoys listening to music, going for walks, and drinking tea. Her favorite children's book is Miss Nelson is Missing by Harry Allard.

• Alice

  Ms. Alice has been working with children since 2015 and joined our Goddard Family in 2025. She is working towards her Masters degree in Education from Lehigh University. She loves to watch children realize how fun it is to learn, and enjoys giving them the opportunity to discover new things and explore their environments. She thinks it's fun to hear their stories and seeing how they view the world. In her spare time you can her designing/creating historically inspired clothing reading, and spending time with family. Her favorite children's book is "Where the Wild Things Are"

• Angelina

  Ms. Angelina (Angie) joined The Goddard family in 2024. She began working with children in 2022. She is currently a Certified Medical Assistant. When working with children, she loves helping them and watching them reach their new milestones. In her free time she enjoys reading. Her favorite children's book is The Hungry Caterpillar.

• Christopher

  Mr. Chris joined our Goddard Family in 2024, and has worked in childcare since 2023. He holds a degree in Captive Wildlife Care and Education from Unity College in Maine. His favorite thing about working with children is watching them learn and grow. In his spare time he enjoys painting and playing Minecraft. Ms. Chris's favorite children's book is Harry McLary from Donaldson's Dairy.

• Courtney

  Miss Courtney worked in childcare from 2015-2017 and joined The Goddard family in 2024. She is currently working towards her Associates degree in Family Services and Child Development from Rose State College. She believes kids brains are incredible and loves watching how they react to different situations. Watching them grow and do things that she teaches them is very rewarding. When she is not working you can find her playing with her own children, reading, singing, or at the dog park with their pups. Her two favorite children's books are Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See?

• Daizabeth

  Miss Daizabeth has been working with children since 2015 and joined The Goddard family in 2024. She is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education at LCCC. She loves that every day brings a different adventure; children are very exciting and unique. When she's not working you can find her reading books, dancing, and exercising. Her favorite children's book is The Rainbow Fish by El Pez Arcoiris.

• Hayley

  Ms. Hayley joined the Goddard Family in 2025. She has been working with children since 2022. She currently has an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from NCC and is working towards her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education at DeSales University. Working with children has always come natural to her, with younger siblings who inspire her. She also loves to see the growth in children and finds it to be a very rewarding job. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her puppy, Lucy, going on walks, listening to music, and bonding with her family. Her favorite children's book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie or Pinkalicious.

• Jalissa

  Ms. Jalissa joined our Goddard Family in 2024. She is working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education at NACC. Some of her favorite things about working with children are the hugs and watching them be silly. When she is not working she likes to spend time reading and coloring. Her favorite children's book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.

• Kaitlyn

  Ms. Kaitlyn join The Goddard Family in 2024. She has worked with children in different roles since 2014. She really enjoys being able to work with children and making a difference in their lives everyday. When she is not working, you can find her hiking, reading, and dabbling in photography. Her favorite children's book is Strictly No Elephants.

• Kanoknipa

  Miss Kiki has been working in childcare in 2015 and joined The Goddard Family in 2022. Her favorite thing about working with children is seeing them happy and watching them grow up. When she is not working, she enjoys yoga, tennis, and swimming. Her favorite children's book is the full series with The Good Egg.

• Maribel

  Miss Maribel started working with children in 2018 and joined The Goddard Family in 2024. She currently holds a CDA and an associates in Early Childhood Education. Miss Maribel has a lot of fun teaching her kids new things and loves watching them learn and grow. In her free time she likes to explore interesting new places with her family. Her favorite children's book is The Rainbow Fish and Dr. Seuss books.

• Marissa

  Miss Marissa began working with children in 2019 when she joined The Goddard Family. She loves watching children develop, grow, and succeed everyday. When she's not working you can find her spending time with her family or planning her next Disney trip.

• Morgan

  Ms. Morgan joined the Goddard Family in 2025. She began working in childcare in 2021. She is in school for Pre-Law at Louisiana State University. Her favorite things about working with children are watching them learn, grow, and explore new things every day. Being a part of that is very rewarding and inspires her to create a fun, caring environment. When she is not working with children she enjoys shopping, doing makeup, reading, and going out with friends and family. Her favorite children's books are Where the Wild Things Are and The Cat in the Hat.

• Rose

  Miss Rose began working in childcare in 2017 and originally joined The Goddard Family in 2019. She has earned an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working towards her Bachelors at Kutztown University. Some of her favorite things about working with children are the connection she makes with them and the impact she has on their lives. She loves the feeling she gets when she sees them smile. When she is not working, she enjoys bowling, and roller skating with friends. Her favorite children's book is There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly.

• Samantha

  Miss Samantha has been working in childcare since 2009, and has been part of The Goddard Family since 2023. Her favorite thing about working with children is watching them grow and getting to witness the progress they are making. When she is not working you can find her reading or spending time with her family. Her favorite children's book is The Giving Tree.

• Samantha

  Miss Sam has ben working in childcare since 2021 and has been a part of The Goddard family since 2022. She is hoping to begin pursuing her CDA very soon. Miss Sam enjoys watching children gain independency and watching their little personalities develop. When she is not working you can find her gardening, shopping and watching Sci-fi movies. Her favorite children's book is The Big Honey Hunt by Stan and Jan Berenstain.

• Satoko

  Ms. Satoko joined our Goddard Family in 2024. She began working in childcare in 2016 and has an Associate's degree in Health and Physical Education. She loves working with children and creating a fun environment to help them them learn and grow. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on hikes, visiting local farmer's markets. She also loves all seasonal things, and observing the movement of stars and planets. Her favorite children's book is anything by Eric Carle.

• Sebastian

  Mr. Sebastian joined the Goddard Family in 2025. He is working towards a degree in Music Education at Kutztown University. He believes children are the future of our world and he wants to make an impact on them so they have an impact on the world. Teachers were very important to him growing up and he hopes to inspire others as a teacher. When he is not working he enjoys drawing and playing music through his instruments. You can catch him playing in a New Orleans style brass band as well. His favorite children's book is Calvin Hobbes.
